Is this sarcastic or serious? It's hard to tell when dealing with someone like McCain.

McCain is out with another "scare you" ad, this time highlighting comments Obama made about Iran in which he said they were a "tiny" country (compared to the Soviet Union) and didn't pose a serious threat to America. The point he was making, which you won't see in this video, and which he said, was that their military budget is 1/100th of ours. If they ever tried anything we'd wipe them off the face of the earth.
